Hey everyone! My name is Ryan Frank.
A little about me…
I graduated from Viterbo with both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Studies. I have been working in this field since 2015 and have collaborated with numerous different agencies and resources in the La Crosse area, and continue to work with these agencies to provide the best overall care we can. My primary focus is on dual diagnosis, with both substance use and mental health, focusing on creating the best version of ourselves that we can be. I put an emphasis on meeting people exactly where they are at, with compassion and empathy. I’m very thankful for the opportunities and experiences I have had helping those in our community, and I want to continue to be a motivator for others in their recovery journey. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball and golf, watching the Minnesota Vikings and Twins, playing video games and board games, hiking, and trying new foods.

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Novinska.
My mission is to walk beside you through both the highs and lows of life, genuinely understanding and "seeing" each unique individual. I believe in the power of second chances and the strength that comes from vulnerability. My goal is to foster genuine connections and empathy, helping you recognize your self-worth and discover the goodness within. When I’m not counseling, you can find me in my garden, getting my hands in the dirt—there’s nothing quite like the serenity of nurturing plants and strolling through greenhouses for self-care.

“Let me hold the door for you. I may have never walked a mile in your shoes, but I can see that your soles are worn and your strength is torn under the weight of a story I have never lived before. So let me hold the door for you. After all you've walked through, it's the least I can do.”
